Garmin Train

Somewhere between Steamboat Springs and Beaver Creek, on an unnamed KOM. The breakaway and the field were both pretty imploded. The Garmin train pulling race leader Lachlan Morton to the top - he in the barely visible yellow jersey, safely tucked in at the back of the line.

I was sorely tempted by the shot of Jens in the most courageous jersey for his epic ride yesterday. I also had an excellent photo of Peter Sagan dragging his sprinter's weight over the climb in the green jersey, as well as one of his teammates head-down, just waiting for the end of the stage.

Andy thoroughly enjoyed his day - he got to cook bacon in cast iron on the tailgate of his truck. A suitably manly activity!
