Spooked

Returning from a brief visit to a friend's house today I passed a churchyard where two girls were attempting to short cut a longer route (home I expect) but had obviously become uncomfortable with their surroundings.

The body language in this image says it all, and I was mildly amused to notice from the boundary of the church their confidence diminishing as they ventured further along the path and deeper into the graveyard. In fact, witnessing their increasing hesitancy brought back memories of similar experiences with my friends as a young teenager.
