Summer Exhibition

Today was the first of the camera club's two day Summer Exhibition at the local shopping mall. The exhibition highlights to the public the best of our work, mostly from last season.

One of the benefits the club enjoys is that the exhibition acts as a vehicle to increase our already healthy membership, as new blood and fresh ideas are always appreciated. Andy was one of many club volunteers who contributed to making the exhibition a success and it was a rare opportunity to appreciate, en masse, the outstanding work of the members. In particular, the work of Brian McMeechan whose print, Crammond Gold, is featured here in the centre of the exhibition and which received a commendation in the 'Take A View' national landscape photography competition of 2012.
