More canapés

I was in the office today for a long script meeting with NL in the morning. In the afternoon I went off to meet Emily,  Euston’s Head of Development who has just finished her stint on a maternity cover at the BBC and doing a lot of meetings towards something new. 
Then V and I met up at a small screening for Simon’s friends (who weren’t at last night’s premiere) of the new Downton. It is hugely enjoyable and a noticeably higher budget than the last one that Simon directed.  

Canapés for dinner and we caught a civilised train home.
