Rosy apples
Felt more energy this morning. Walked the hound before breakfast. Definitely felt a few degrees cooler. Forecast stated 13°C but the sun still felt warm. Still some swimming and probably will continue through autumn and beyond.
Mr went to a one-off painting with acrylic art class at Wiveton.
Unpacked a box and BINGO! Found my food weighing scales. Made bread dough. Stewed more cooking apples. Cooked vegetables for the hound. Another flattened box in the shed.
By the time Mr returned 10 bread rolls were made.
After lunch I sat reading in the garden. Mr went to Quaker Sheila for afternoon coffee and see her Arts & Crafts home. I was invited but didn't want to give an elderly lady a lurgy.
It was so peaceful in the garden. Back in Cambridge noise from several sources would be prevalent: the A14, construction sites, neighbourhood petrol driven garden machines, loud music from the estate behind to name a few aural intrusions.
Market day tomorrow when i need to venture out. Cupboards and fridge are depleted.
Pleasant evening everyone.
