Out for a session of Pilates. A much needed stretch after yesterdays weights. Spotted this unusual location for an artist outside our excellent Butchers.

Then a frustrating waste of time chasing R’s prescription. Between the surgery and the company who delivers the items it took several phone calls and visits to the surgery to sort out. Hopefully they will arrive before we run out! Time I could have used enjoying the sunshine. At least the fortified protein drinks finally made it to the Pharmacy having sat in the surgery since the 20th August and needed two visits chasing them up to actually get them.
