Hospital Day

Popped down to the gym for some strength training. It helps when Richard needs lifting up to standing. Then a health screening appointment for me.

Just time for lunch then off to the hospital for an appointment with R’s renal consultant. At least the dialysis is going reasonably well. 

Dropped in at M&S on the way home. Managed to find a couple of bargains in the sale for Richard. Finding clothes that have a bit of stretch and are easy to put on is a challenge. 

The heavens opened on the way home. Hoping that helps dampen the moorland fires.
