Pisa

We were out early and back into Lucca to catch a train to Pisa.  A pleasant trip and relatively short.  The first extra is of the river we crossed to get to the Leaning tower area and the second extra is another from the area.  Lots of tourists there doing silly shots, as you do.  We had a light lunch and then wandered back to the station to catch the train back to Lucca.   The sat nav then took me on a wild trip home which we had to 'end route' and then go to the supermarket.  I always find supermarkets fascinating in other countries.   This one had a whole row of pastas!  Shopping down and then back to the villa for a swin.  It's been so relaxing so far and tonight we have a chef in to cook a three course dinner for us.

I must go and change as it won't be long before we have to sit down.
