The lowest of the low

My blip today was going to be the lovely rainbow in the extra. But then walking down Finkle Street my phone pinged. I looked and saw the message, the start of which is shown above.
I knew it was a scam but even so I went home to check. I was right. You will never get a text about a parking fine. Certainly not one that doesn’t give the details. Or at the bottom says that you will lose your licence if you don’t pay.
But if even I was tempted to answer it how much more must some others.
