Incentivised

I paid for my pleasure today. 

Laundry. Supermarket. Housework. Gardening. 

I managed to squeeze in lunch, dinner and a nap. 

I incentivised myself with the promise of a chocolate doughnut as reward for attacking that task list with energy and enthusiasm. Well, energy at least... 

It was delicious. I should do this more often.
