Breezy

The weather forecast today was for some heavy spells of rain, with some sunny intervals as well. The rain was expected to be more frequent and longer lasting if you went up higher into the mountains (all O level (or GCSE now) geography!)
I chose to start at the coast, and if it looked promising to go to Llyn Cwmystradllyn. Looking in that direction from the coast, the hills weren't particularly visible, and I did have to take shelter a few times when it did rain heavily.
Most significant from the weather though was the strength of the wind - averaging over 35mph with gusts close to 50mph. I was nearly blown off balance a couple of times.
That wind gave me some nice shots in Criccieth though! the picture is in full colour.
