Further barriers!

I had an early appointment here. Could not believe further chaos outside the main entrance. I think this is something to do with repairing the roof but I am not sure.

The garden is dying from lack of water. Today’s rain was the briefest of showers. We really hope there will actually be some substantial rain soon.
