Night Shift

Home in the dark. Time to readjust to the arrival of the shortening days as the autumn rolls in. Overnight rain also rolled in and continued in occasional showers throughout the day. Such a welcome sight but we need much more! The plumber arrived as scheduled this morning and fitted the new tap. I returned the large clamp to our neighbours who kindly gave us some more of their delicious cooker and eating apples.
