Let The Sunshine In

Today was probably the last chance to drive round with the roof down, as rain is forecast for the next couple of weeks.
So, where did we go to make the most of the sun? Cruising through the Lakes perhaps? Or a slow drive along Morecambe Prom?
No. This is August Bank Holiday in the English Lake District. We were not going to leave Kendal for anything. So we went to the gym, Sainsbury’s and M&S. And M&S had the most photogenic car park.
The more observant among you might have spotted that my car no longer has its personal registration number. Almost as if the reason this was the last day to enjoy topless motoring, was because I might not own the car much longer.
I couldn’t possibly comment…
