Early Morning Walk

I went for an early morning walk at Weybourne this morning. The light was quite unusual as there was both sun and heavy dark clouds around. There were already about 25 cars there at 8am, a lot of people were fishing on the beach. Unfortunately there were also a number of tents there despite camping not being allowed, there being no washing facilities and only one eco-toilet (often closed due to camper vans / caravans emptying their toilets). We welcome responsible tourists…… if only there weren’t so many thoughtless ones! I’ve added an extra of the windmill being renovated, with scaffolding and without its sails. After watering the pots at the front and picking more tomatoes, I walked in to town to drop off some book donations. After a couple of large book donations a couple of weeks ago, we’ve had hardly any this week. I stayed for a while to help out with some donation processing upstairs.
