Inchcolm

Mr P and I were booked on a Forth Boat Tour to Inchcolm Island today to celebrate my birthday. It was my first time on the island and it was very impressive, however sailing under the bridges and spotting seals were the highlights. We had a late lunch at Outboard by Scott’s in South Queensferry (very good) and then walked from Hawes Pier to Peatdraught Bay. We stopped off at Straiton on the way home to pick up son no 1’s partner. Birthday tea was fish and chips and cake, all washed down with Prosecco. Excellent day.
