Saffy

Saffy has really aged these past three years since we started walking her. Shes a lovely dog I must say.

Spoke to the trainer, Peter today before the class to talking about my alternative exercise. They are really good about giving alternatives for folks either injuries.

I went up to Dobbies to meet S with the beasts and we sat out with a coffee and bought some membrane for the path.

Ben was supposed to start back at school today, going into S4 in a brand new school! The new Perth High took 2.5 years to build in the grounds and the old one will be demolished. He was up the night before violently sick so was really sad to have missed going back. I went down and made him toast and checked he was ok.

Had a podiatrist appointment late afternoon . Had an ‘ouch’ moment as the toe nail of the toe that was broken earlier in the year had recently grown into the skin and he had to get it out. He had the scalpel and clippers on it and it did bleed but he got it out. He said that when injured a nail can change shape . There is the option to remove the nail if it co to use to do this - aargh.


Quiet evening, S was out and I went an evening walk with Dave and Laura.
