The Blood Pressure medicine has gradually helped lower my readings. I am still being calm about life and avoiding all the potential stress.

Jasper cat visited a couple of times and is a joyful ginger and white cat.

Hunter and Holly are here at home and contented.

I am mostly reading after doing the housework and washing.
