Beauty is all around us.

A yellow Calendula flower.

The Feast Day of Pope Saint Pius X.
He is quoted to have said " Holy Communion is the shortest and safest way to heaven."

We can learn about life and a range of fascinating information from a vast variety of people.

This time on the Earth, is so information rich. I still like to remember the Catholic saints, because they were devoted to God and giving their best of their time and talents. Then we have sports people, scientists, adventurous people and all manner of ordinary human beings and inspiring animals too. Some people believe we are a wonderful blend of our life experiences and what we eat. Perhaps there is some wisdom in that. Sifting through the inherited wisdom and trying to fit in where we live can be a long journey of great discovery.

As our St Charles Borromeo Church building sits in ruins, due to not enough people attending for whatever reasons and not enough priests, and many other known only to God reasons, we are looking forward to a Peace Garden for the school, being the use of the space that will be there, if that plan happens. Space is precious in a built up residential area. Faith schools are all precious to the families who still have working faith in a God who is ever present.

I take consolation in the beauty all around us. The Hand of the Lord, together with Mother Nature, the Creator and Sustainer, is visible in the beauty, colours, patterns and textures of nature. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and capable of uplifting our soul and mind toward the heavenly vibrations beyond the struggle and afflictions of human reality.

The yellow Calendula is out numbered by orange ones in our garden, but they are both beautiful in their own way.

I hope your day brings kind weather, and good memories. Thank you for visiting my site today, blip friends.
