We had some leftover duck meat from Sunday. So with some water chestnuts, chopped ginger and chilli and some hoisin sauce I made these. No added garlic as I am at the dentist’s tomorrow for some extractions so I thought I’d be kind!
They were delicious! I’d previously got the spring roll sheets (frozen) from a local Chinese supermarket but I now see them in our local Sainsbury’s. A little bit of flower water to seal them, shallow fry and yum!
As I may have to rest tomorrow I tried to get ahead of church paperwork. Fat chance!
