RAILINGS
Had a better nights sleep and today the leg has been less painful. Good job as I had to do a fair bit of walking today. (I couldn't have managed it yesterday ).
First I had to take Tino to the vets for his yearly check up and booster jab. He was fast asleep on my bed when it was time to go so I had to wake him up and bundle him into the cat carrier. He was not best pleased and was bad tempered all the way to the vets ... and while he was there. He kept jumping off the table and trying to get back in the carrier. He was able to get in once and it took a while to grab him and get him out again. He's a big strong cat. The vet did manage to weigh him, check his heart etc and give him the injection.
The route to and from the vets takes us through the park and along Millfield Road. This road is full of lovely posh houses. The one near the end has beautiful railings so I decided to blip them for the Wide Wednesday challenge - the theme is boundary. Thanks to BobsBlips for hosting.
Tino was glad when we got back home and I gave him some of his favourite food as a treat. He was still rather grumbly but eventually he settled down for a nap.
No chance of that for me as I had to go out again.... down to the village to collect two parcels... one from Tesco and one from the Post Office.
When I got home again I did have a rest and a cup of coffee and watched a bit of TV.
The weather today was similar to yesterday - cool and dull.
Steps today - 9,068
