Meeting Jemima Melody Rose……

……this afternoon. She is 3 weeks old.
I forget how tiny they look, and so perfect!
We’ve known her mum, Milly, since she was in pigtails. Watched her grow up into a lovely young woman. We did a reading at her wedding to Adam a few years back. (Photo in extras). Jemima is their 2nd child. Their first one, Noah, is now two and a half. (Milly calls me her Fake Grandmother! Lovely to be included in the family! )
And one of the sunflowers has opened fully today!
Just in time for Flower Friday, although as it’s in extras it may not count.
We had our usual walk early this morning, and it was warm again this afternoon at 27C.
Soon be time for tea.
I’m hoping to be able to sleep better tonight. I had a very restless one last night.
So I’m going to try the back bedroom and see how I get on.
