A band of seven
bighorn rams grazed peacefully
in an open field

I was out the door at 6:30. It's a bit of a slow start for me. I'm lazy today.

I took the turn below my hill to head towards Tranquille. At the end of the road I found a small herd of bighorn sheep stretched across a field. They were so intent on a good meal that they barely looked up to see what I was about.

I watched the rams for a few minutes, then crossed the tracks to drive by the entrance to the airport. I stopped at the junction to get a shot of my mountains on this cloudy morning. I got a shot of the Cpt Jenn Casey Memorial as I made the turn back towards the city. It glitters in the sunlight.

I bought some new technology. Today, I will see if a tablet can replace my Canon camera and laptop for my Blipfotos, if only for a short holiday. I am challenged to sort this.
