Herb Robert

BB was working today. I had to make sure I was up early enough to give him a lift, as it would have taken him 2 or 3 buses to get there. I was surprised at how busy the roads were on a Saturday morning before 9am.

I went for a run when I got back home. It was hot, and felt like a struggle, but at least I did it, only about four miles though. I the. Had to get myself organised, so we were ready to pick BB up after his shift, then head up to Carnoustie to visit friends for a barbecue. There was a double celebration, and lots of friends we haven’t seen for ages. The food was amazing. BB certainly had a feast!! There was lots of chat and catching up, and we spent the afternoon and evening in the garden.

We got home very late, and I am glad that TT as driving. All in all a lovely day.

We have a lot of this weed growing in our drive. It’s quite attractive though.
