Bus Challenge No 259

Prior Park Landscape Gardens, Bath

Woken early by the sound of hot air balloons flying over the house, some of the balloons from this morning's mass ascent on day 3 of the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. But more of that tomorrow...

After yesterday, needed some light relief before heading to the hospital, so with my BC friend took the bus into Bath, then a second bus up the hill to the south of the city centre to Prior Park where we spent an hour walking around the gardens and picnicking by the water, before walking down into town for my third bus of the day to the hospital.

Day 52: Thankfully things much calmer today. Dad was exhausted after yesterday's trials and tribulations and slept most of the time I was with him so just stayed 3hrs.

Four buses and a beautiful sunny day of 24 degrees.

Bus journey time = 56mins
Waiting between buses time = 11mins
Total bus journey time = 1hr 7mins
