Poor Summer in Nort Roe

Gales have been blowing all day, along with some vicious showers this morning.  It cleared into a sunny afternoon and early evening, with showers tonight. 

A day working with Andrea.  We've been on bulk waste removals, from North Roe, Brae, Mossbank, Vidlin and Lerwick.  Walkies with Sammy after work.  Working in the shop this evening, a steady night of customers.  Feet up before bed. 

Since Storm Floris made an appearance on Monday, it's been like a switch was flicked, suddenly a week of poor weather.  I was starting to think that summer was maybe over, but once the skies cleared, we hit highs of 19⁰c, which isn't bad for Shetland, especially during a gale.  Fingers crossed summer returns, hopefully it will blow away the summer midgies though.  A poor looking day at Da Pottery, North House, Burravoe, North Roe.
