Rainbow Morning

I walked down to Bingley through the Estate for my final Physio appointment early this morning.  Showers were coming through regularly and I caught this rainbow across Low Park as I crossed the stile on to the Estate Road.  

After a thorough conversation with the Physiotherapist, I have been signed off with the option of an open appointment for three months in case of another flare up.  I also came away with even more exercises to strengthen my knees, which is why, as I type I am scrunching a towel with my toes. That one is for my arches!

After my appointment I picked up some shopping from Hedgehog Organics and enjoyed a cuppa and toasted teacake at the Craft Cafe before catching the bus home.

Once the showers cleared through I caught up with the holiday washing, made a couple of jars of granola and prepped the remaining chicken for dinner.  In the midst of this activity, a phone call came through saying that elderly neighbour M's safety alarm had activated and we went up to see if she was okay.  She was thankfully, with no explanation for why her alarm had activated.  Once we had informed the company that she was fine, I stayed to do a catch up of the last couple of weeks.
