More family matters
My blip was sorted at breakfast this morning, when I suddenly jumped up from the table and ran to grab my camera. I’d seen two foxes on the lawn, which is pretty unusual, but in the time it took me to cross the room a third fox had arrived!
I’m not sure whether this is a mother with two cubs, or a mum and dad with one cub. All I know is that they stayed around for some time, and one was constantly rubbing up against the others. My first thought was that it was the mother grooming her cubs, but looking at all my shots I’m not now so sure. Smithers thinks it was a bit of juvenile play, and he may well be right. (He usually is!)
Either way, I was amused that this family were content to have fun together on our lawn, unperturbed by me and my camera.
