Late for the Parade

Made the mistake of leaving home too late and missing the start (I didn't want to be standing around in the hot sun) - so I didn't get to shoot the marching band (so to speak). After hearing them practice the other day it would have been perfect. I missed the Red Hatters too (not those red hatters) - even assuming they were there this year. So here's some royalty - something that is utterly outside my ability to comprehend, so I won't attempt to explain it. (You can't see it in the picture, but the Turtle Lake princesses have turtle shell thrones.)

The Dental Clinic also had a float and I got a free toothbrush! (For those not aware, a ton of candy is tossed out at these events and the clinic was having a little joke.)
