Notes: Woke late, after 7a and head to get moving to head out the door a few min after 8a for 830a open play at Pickleballerz - saw this license plate on the way there (in heavy traffic). Had a few games to rest but played till just before 1130a. Headed back, shower, made a small batch of chicken salad on sourdough w/ lettuce and my coffee. Cleaned up kitchen and relaxed until ~330p, headed to Michelle D's office to have her check me on supplements again before she heads out of town. Got back around 530p, made a smoothie and did Essentrics before rinsing off. We started another show on AppleTV. I got the offer from the cat sit in Durham, NC - haven't fully confirmed it yet.
