Notes: Woke early and no coffee again - still doing the dry fast - went till early afternoon when I had some water, bone broth and then a few other light things. Worked on Carlene's web stuff, BranchOUT & SpeakOUT, went to pool for a bit, tried a nap after meditation but loud booming thunderstorm. Got card from Michelle w/ the decorated envelope! Saw Eric & Linda a couple times, let them try my carnivore ice cream. More work then into the evening and watched some vids. Streamed shows.
