Notes: Was awake thru the night for a couple hrs so got up late and didn't feel up to outdoor pickleball ... and it was hot and soupy outside. Relaxed, had coffee, took care of some online tasks. Around 1030a, made a quick run to PO and TJs and garbage out. Changed then and went down to the pool for about 45 min - so hot and humid! Shower and made a smoothie and ate the last bit of chicken salad in a lettuce wrap - delish. Online and some vids in the afternoon - feeling quite low energy so laid down and napped for a bit. Michelle had appt 7-8p and then we watched another show.
