Notes: Awake thru early morning (3a-ish) for a bit and got up later than planned. Body a bit stiff but moved some and got myself out for a 20 min jog - warm and sticky but felt decent body-wise. Shower and coffee and then we started making brunch ~930a - buckwheat pancakes w/ berries, beef sausage and some leftover veggies. Cleaned up kitchen then, watched CBS Sun Morning Show - Michelle headed out 1215p for Sarah's, got back around 330p. We did Essentrics, ate around 530p - leftovers and arugula salad and then made a big batch of porridge before watching more Ted Lasso. Wound down a bit early, I watched a little more Animal Kingdom.
