Gerbera and Vinca

I had a doctor appointment early this morning. The test results should be available in a few days. I am hoping the radiologist asking why I was having the test after she was finished hints that she saw nothing. Hubby had an eye appointment at almost the same time. Then he went to the grocery store for us. My sister and BIL came over to stay with Momma. She cooperated fully and slept until I got home. Our BIL installed the bidet with no issues. My sister and I made Momma three doctor appointments so we can get a baseline for what we can do to give her the best quality of life. We have been out of the loop on her medical care for a few years. I made lunch, did a load of laundry and put away groceries. It’s time to start packing for next week, I put a dent in the task. We watched the latest report on the Texas flood. It is just too sad to dwell on. Hopefully our prayers and donations can help in small ways at least. We are currently having a storm; our temp is 98°F with a heat index of 104°F. The worst of the storm will occur between 8 and 10 pm. It was way too hot and muggy to search very far for a blip. These flowers are in a pot in the front flower garden. I have another flower I cannot wait to use but the horrid heat wilted them. Maybe tomorrow. Wishing you moderate temps this week. Stay safe. Thanks for dropping by. “Gardens become poetry when yellow flowers take center stage, painting joy on every petal.” – Unknown
