Conwy and Llandudno

We decided to go into the two main resorts nearby after a full English breakfast made in the Black Knight in our trusty Ridge Monkey. We walked down to the road outside the campsite and took the number 5 with a day travel pass that only cost £6.50. We stopped off in Conwy with its impressive castle - LV is standing on a suspension bridge that connects to a castle keep.

Lunch of white onion and coriander soup for me and Seafood Chowder for LV with some lovely bread at a Wales chain called Dylan’s. Llandudno was next where my extra was taken of the Seagull national airforce who have declared war on the tourists, attacking any tourist who dares to try and feed themselves. As we walked along the street a man who had a small piece of biscuit in his hand was divebombed and had his morsel hijacked in one fell swoop!

When we got the bus stop, I realised I had lost my all day bus pass - employing my best sob story and showing the debit on my bank account, the kind bus driver let me on and encouraged me not to be so careless in future - fair comment. We played snooker again and I was roundly beaten by Alex Hurricane Cooper.

Cornish pasties for dinner with some pleasant wine and a rather windy evening!
