Back in the land of the living, slowly but surely. Feel fine but kept today deliberately gentle.

Lots of rain here so a largely domestic day here interspersed with bouts of watching athletics.

The emergency 8pm blip came and went so instead you have my dinner. It may be slightly foolhardy trying the next round of the mushroom challenge today but hey what's the worst that can happen?!
