WE'RE DINING IN THE RAIN...............

I had a great catch up and then a 121 QiGong Session with Mrs Gladders this morning.  All very lovely and I eel so much better after the session too, just a few more and I will be ready to get back into the group QiGong sessions when they start again in September - yeah!!

All three of us then went to Brooke Supplies, for Hubby needing a couple of things and for some lunch of course.

Funnily enough we didn't sit outside because if you look carefully you can see that it was rather wet.   Mind you I prefer not to sit outside anyway simply due to the fact that whenever I've done it I get bombarded with wasps and/or flies!!!
