Head

As I guessed, it was almost dead on eight hours, door to door, two of which were spend in the air.  Lisbon airports passport control is truly awful - both in (90 mins) and out (30 mins). And that's off season on a Tuesday. Other than the usual 'too many bags in too few overhead lockers' the flight itself was ok and Gatwick /Southern Rail / TFL managed to get us home an hour after we landed.

Other than a couple of shriveled up plants and two sulky cats everything else seems ok.

A day of chores, appointments and watering tomorrow before back to work on Thursday.
