Open 24 hours

We've always thought it odd that the petrol station in Chobham is open 24 hours a day. It is located at the junction of Station Road with the High Street and Castle Grove Road. It can get quite busy there during the day but not at 3 in the morning! It is also close to residential properties whose occupants can't be happy to have its lights blazing through the night. At least they have the decency to display  a notice asking customers to please respect their neighbours. 

The soundtrack to the day was again Test Match Special on the radio with England achieving a remarkable win against India by 5 wickets. Their second innings target to win the match of 371 runs was one of the highest in Test match history and they got there with several overs to spare. It's a five match series, so there will be lots more  twists and turns to come. 

I've not been out and about yesterday and today but did need petrol as I'm going to friends in Sunningdale in the morning to support them at a care meeting, and then probably to Godalming later on. So, after filling up, I thought this would be a blip opportunity - can't go two days blip-free.
