By the Lake

Up and ready for work.

Managed a good power ramble before work.

It was very quiet in the morning. I had a presentation to do before a big meeting tomorrow.

I headed off at lunchtime to drive to Milton Keynes. I was supposed to be with my young padawan near Coventry, but in the end only one of was allowed to go and it was more important that she was there.

It was a 3 hour drive, but I was in no rush.

Checked in and the hotel was on a nice lake. So after grabbing some dinner, I headed for a walk around the lake. It was a lovely evening and I was glad to get some exercise in.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A couple of good power rambles
2.  A quiet drive to Milton Keynes
