My life returned to normal today after a few eventful days. 

Thank goodness. 

Mind you, my first appointment with the osteopath was eventful. After the relaxing effect of acupuncture the more active ways of the osteopath took me by surprise. 

The other surprise which has crept up on me is the transformation of the station car park. The Council has sown wild flowers in all the beds on the pavements and it looks amazing. Hats off to whoever had that bright idea. 

Worth a Blip. 

Now I am trying to figure out which Parkrun to go for tomorrow on the assumption it is still warm, and that I can still run after the osteopath's treatments. I do not want to be running up too many hills...
