PLAYING WITH YOUR CUTLERY

The Mono Monday theme today is " PLAYING WITH YOUR CUTLERY". I  spent rather too long faffing about with knives, forks and spoons this morning.  Did a lot of different combinations and ended up with this shot of some interlocked forks with a heart shaped spoon balance on the top of two of them. Thanks to Carolina for hosting.

Went to the village this afternoon. Usual shopping in Herons and Tesco.  The weather was hot and sunny ... and windy.  I wore my sunglasses to protect my " new " eye.

A parcel was delivered by Royal Mail this morning... and left in my safe place.  When I went to get it I saw that the cardboard box was inside a large clear plastic bag with a sticker saying the parcel was damaged.  The box was open,  battered and soaking wet.  Among other things the box contained three 2 litre bottles of Pepsi Max... and one of them had leaked.  Everything else was wet but undamaged.  So I got on to Amazon and managed to do an online chat with a real person.  Explained the problem as was told I would get a refund.  Later on I got an email about the refund. Instead of getting my money back for the  one damaged bottle they refunded the price of all three.  A good result.
