Always Good Advice

I was out early doors to go and visit the vampire  phlebotomist at the health centre. I'm not sure why as I was told my blood pressure was absolutely fine after me week of blood pressure tests recently, but apparently the vampire phlebotomist was of the opinion that I have hypertension. She was very good at blood letting though. I felt virtually nothing and there was only the smallest spot of leakage (see the extra).

The kitchen ceiling got its first coat of paint today.
My God my back and shoulders are suffering .... and I have to go through it all again tomorrow (or Wednesday - depending on when the man comes to service the boiler).

I cut 3 bits of wood in half for the SIL as he wants to make some 'rustic' coasters for the bar he is building and dropped them off whilst on route to to a local eatery (neither of us could be a*sed making anything). The place has gone downhill since it changed hands.
