The Mill

Our dear friends Paul and Pauline celebrated their Diamond Wedding today with friends at The Mill at Sonning. About fifty of their friends were invited for lunch before gathering in the auditorium to see a production of “ Death comes to Pemberley.”
The old mill on the River Thames is ingeniously converted into a series of bars and a restaurant, and an intimate theatre (extra). It was so good to meet P &P’s family with grown up grandchildren. Horrendous journey both ways, but it was worth it.
