Opening up

I think this is yesterday's rose, but a bit more open now. The dog remains unimpressed and only cares as long as I turn up and take him for a walk!


Work is ticking down to the actual go-live, today I did a few more last minute changes and some last minute testing has found some bugs, so some last minute fixes as well. I hate rushing to the wire like this as it is error prone and stressful.

The plan was to start transacting tomorrow, but at the end of today we asked it to be pushed back a day so the changes I did today could be tested tomorrow and then we'd go live on Thursday. There wasn't much objection for our proposal and so that's what we're going to do.

As this is a back blip I can confirm we delayed a day, did some more tests, and a few more tests and did indeed go live one day late.
