Gas line

When I went to take the dog for his walk this morning there was a bloke in a bunny suit in this hole with a big white sheet of something. I though they may be dealing with asbestos or something on the old gas main. I now think it was something special for this gas main. As you can see in this photo, taken in the evening, I think they were using some special cutting tools as they have removed about a metre of pipe from the mains!

Work is busy, we fixed something and made a couple of last minute changes, the plan is to go-live in the morning. As this is a back blip I can confirm we went live in the morning and hit a bug (we'd not tested enough) but only one and it was fixed promptly and the firsts production transactions all worked.
