A Line A Day

I started writing in my 5 year memory book in May of last year, and spent a few weeks back dating it to the beginning of 2024, with help of my blip journal entries. Its been a lot of fun scribbling a few lines, each day, describing that day's events. Some days are challenging to summarise in just a few lines, other days are uneventful and leave very short entries, like today.

Today has been one of the uneventful days. Little Man's dad called to talk to him. It was the first time in over six weeks. I was able to bring him up to speed on what's been happening with getting help for Little Man's speech development and figuring out if Little Man will cope in a mainstream primary school or not.

The weather today has been noticeably cooler than yesterday, but I made the decision not to do go out, beyond going out to check on the neighbour's progress with mowing his lawn. It feels like we've had quite a busy week, so staying home and relaxing was really needed, for both Little Man and myself. We're both still coughing but I feel like we're both coughing less.
