Hollyhock flowers appearing

A more relaxed day compared to yesterday. I went to the allotment for the first time in nearly two weeks. Beans growing quite well and I picked the first raspberries plus a few strawberries too.
This is a self seeded hollyhock plant…there are at least two more I think with different coloured flowers.

Quite near is a school has been let out and there is very loud music coming from there….I found out from a security person that it a  West London African Association event. She invited me in to join them and have some of the barbecue.
But I declined ! It does explains the very loud music.
