At the risk of over doing it...

...one more hummingbird.

I did try for a number of different things and animals today, some close-up some at a great distance, but at the end of the day this hummingbird detail won me over. I love to see each individual feather on her throat. It is just amazing to me how very small those feathers must be when you consider that she is the size of your thumb!

This cute face was a close second. She had just been on my bird feeder bending the wire to get at the seeds... hence the guilty face. ;)
