Before: The Oil Tank
We had a mammoth day of manual labour today. It's been on the 'to do' list for months now, and we finally got round to moving the oil tank out of the shed at Mum's. They put it in just after they moved in to the bungalow and the shed was built around it. After clearing the way, and trying to lift it, we quickly realised it was WAY too heavy for the three of us. Completely, ridiculously heavy. I called round local scrap metal dealers, and after getting loads of 'nos' and having a mild panic that we'd never get it out, finally a man came round and helped us move it. We then spent the rest of the day tidying the shed and started to put up shelves for all of Mum's gardening stuff. It's just the tip of the iceberg though as we have so much sorting and tidying to do. Still, a start is better than, err...not.
